La Virgen has a new space El Vivero, were new brews are born experimenting with fermentation or maturation in wood vats. This process doesn´t add tastes although it allows a better integration of fruit flavours.

Here we present our first batch made with the best seasonal fruit from Spain. Fresh, Natural, peeled by hand, boneless or not, but always real fruit. This adds a special microflora to the beer and brings new flavours only nature can create & beyond the control of the brew master.
